Ueasy Properties in Nanjing

This hotel left little to be desired, both in terms of cleanliness and service. We stayed right around the National Day holiday, and the price was reasonable. Our room was on a good floor, and the staff, from the elevator area to the service personnel, were all very welcoming. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no one at the entrance to help with luggage. The hotel itself has a very stylish design, and bottled water is readily available for guests in all public areas. However, the hotel is located in a commercial area near office buildings, so the convenience store downstairs was closed, and the area isn't usually very lively. Ordering takeout wasn't very convenient. There was a small incident: I accidentally bumped myself in the hotel and asked the front desk if they had any alcohol disinfectant. They had just run out and purchased some, and then thoughtfully reimbursed me for it. They also followed up with some caring gestures during check-out the next day, which I found very heartwarming.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk service is very friendly. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Nanjing.
