設施：設施老舊，衞生間的花灑是壞的，上下卡扣卡不上，花灑的卡扣也卡不上，衹能把花灑靠在牆上90度朝着對面的牆呲水。還有對着床吹的空調真的很不人性。。。 衞生：一般般我住了一天才發現床上有油點點和枕頭上有個綠的幹了的點點，因為實在很舊的酒店維護的也一般看不出來哪裡很乾凈。 環境：酒店離亭子碼頭很近，基本就是過馬路的距離，但是不知道是不是老城區還是舊城區的，街道上衞生環境也不好，房間裏也臟臟舊舊的，給人的遊整個遊玩感覺都不好，也沒再考慮續住就走了，如果是來旅遊這一片區都不太推薦，呢個朝陽廣場整個大片區可轉性更豐富而且屬於商業區更乾淨。 服務：前台和打掃衞生大姐都很好，有什麼問題都很好的給解決，態度也很好。自駕的話這個店車位有限，我們來的時候沒其他車停上了，但是晚上剛好看到有剛來的客人沒地方停，就要找好幾百米外的碼頭停車場，特別特別特別遠，這個車位就要看運氣了
