Yingcheng Hotel (Wuxiang )

It's really cold at night in Weining this time of year, but the hotel's heating was so strong that I felt instantly revived as soon as I stepped into the room. The room was very spacious, and the carpet was thick and clean. The mattress was incredibly soft; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. The front desk service was very professional, and they even offered me a cup of hot water. I slept exceptionally well that night, completely forgetting about the cold wind outside.

Location: The location is quite good; three hotels are in one building. The navigation is fast and accurate. My friends stay here because it's close to their homes. Cleanliness: The room floor wasn't clean enough, and there was dust around the bed. The public restroom at the front desk on the first floor was quite dirty. Service: The breakfast has become increasingly perfunctory. It was cold on the first day, and even less on the second day, and it was almost always cold. I've been here many times, and the breakfast wasn't like this before. Also! The first room I was given was too dark, so I went to change rooms. The two female receptionists, one fat and one thin, were very rude. The second room I changed to had a noisy outdoor air conditioner. The TV has been upgraded to a projector, but I was too lazy to turn it on. I asked the front desk to bring a toothbrush, and they were reluctant, saying they were too busy and then rambled on about how they finally had a robot deliver it. In short, this experience was very bad. I've been here so many times, and if it's like this before, I won't come again. Next time, I'll consider the hotels nearby.
