位置優越，樓下就是建政街夜市，好多好吃的，稍有遺憾就是不靠地鐵，外出衹能打車。房間夠大，設施挺新，裝修挺精緻的，還有電動窗簾，方便。工作人員態度友善、積極主動解決問題，讓人感受到了温暖。本來可以打95分，但因為兩個嚴重的缺陷，我衹能評價勉強及格：一是房間裏有濃重的洗手間下水道臭味，我住的1305，剛一進門差點YUE了，長時間開空調開抽風也沒多大改善，通知前台讓人來做處理也沒有用，而且外出拔卡後抽風停了，臭氣迅速重新積聚，回來後繼續YUE，開始以為是個案，後來有天下午回來遇到我對門的1303打掃完開着門，也是濃重的臭味，我才意識到可能是普遍情況；二是我住的13樓，每天下午到晚上，隔段時間就會傳出震耳欲聾的轟鳴聲，類似那種薄鐵皮共振的轟鳴聲，嚴重影響休息，這個不知道其他樓層是不是也這樣。這兩個問題，我個人是接受不了，以後再來應該不會再住這裏。

裝修時尚，位置優越。美食街就在邊上，品嚐美食太方便了。
最滿意的是花灑水壓很足，可能因為增壓的緣故，隔壁房間用水時聲音較大，如能改進就太完美了。
樓層經理服務很不錯，主動詢問入住感受，小需求響應迅速。
