Absolutely terrible. The carpet in the room was covered in black spots. It must have been damp in the room. The curtains and fabrics were emitting a smell of tobacco mixed with mold. Even when I covered my head with the blanket at night, I could still smell the odor!

We booked two rooms a month in advance. One room for our family of four was on the 7th floor, and the other on the 4th floor. The floors weren't connected, and the rooms had just been renovated, so the smell was unbearable.

The room is large and very clean. The only drawback is that there are few types of breakfast. It is basically the same every day. It is recommended to add or change the dishes.

房間特別大特別舒服，整體非常乾淨，東西也都是消過毒的，住的特別滿意，特別值得一提的是他們家的服務態度特別好，外賣機器人送到門口，有什麼需要可以和他們直接説，更讓我想不到的是他們還可以提供免費洗衣服務，退房後還能幫忙寄存行李，服務一應俱全，並且性價比也特別高，強烈推薦

最滿意的一次住宿，服務真正做到了賓至如歸，前台和服務人員很熱情，給予了家人般的温暖。出差到店很晚，前台主動聯繫給留房，想洗衣服，服務人員晚十一點了還要幫忙去洗，弄得我特別不好意思。早餐很豐盛，對面就是大帽山公園，早上空氣很好，附近大型超市和餐飲店很多，交通便利。下次來還會住這家酒店，謝謝
