1.該公寓酒店對首次入住旅客不友善，位置難找，沒有位置指引，讓接引下也沒有人接引。
2.該公寓酒店預訂後，未辦理入住前，不能協商退房，有點強賣的味道，對於首次辦理入住且找不到酒店位置的客人來説非常麻煩。

其實是和永凱春暉同一棟，應該是分開經營，但服務很差，居然要200按金，按金還不支持花唄付款，多年沒遇到過收按金的酒店了，雖然按金會返還，但付款方式不便捷，而且攜程頁面上並沒有到店收取按金的提示，這還不算是酒店，就是個公寓，入住流程也有點麻煩，還得自己微信掃碼登記入住訊息，，總之體驗感極差
