攜程兑換了延遲到14點退房，13點就有工作人員刷卡進來了。工作人員説敲門了，你敲了以後直接進，我聽到了嗎！蘇如果要來打擾，你看不見沒退房嗎！不會打房間電話嗎！要是沒穿衣服大家尷尬不尷尬！一句話，以後還是自己鎖好門！

酒店位置方便，近地鉄站。附近有大型商場萬象城及航洋城，購物及找吃的也十分多選擇。酒店整潔寧靜，大堂及通往餐廳的通道設計很好，方便來訪的朋友坐下聊天，如果有小型咖啡店就更好。早餐食物質數有待改善，咖啡質素需大大提升。前台職員辦事也有效率，不過禮貌友善度可作改善。
