The hotel also wanted to contact you, but because you left in a hurry, you were unable to leave a phone message to the front desk, so we were unable to contact you in time. The hotel's fire escape is a scissor-type design and complies with fire protection requirements. The fire escape is used as a safe passage for emergency evacuation, not for daily use. Our fire exit on the first floor is normally open and unlocked. You may have gone the wrong way. The hotel's internal passage is not a proper fire escape. Regarding the problem of rags left in the shower room, we will also inform the housekeeping department and make rectifications in a timely manner. If you come here next time, I hope to book this hotel again and give us a chance to apologize. Looking forward to visiting again!

Whether it is the small hairpins we usually use, makeup remover, lotion, cream or women's products, including children's slippers and children's toothbrushes, there is nothing we can't do as long as you can't think of it. The hygiene of the hotel has been inspected many times, and everything is very comfortable and clean. Our beds are designed by Vienna's own German masters.
