The hotel was nice and clean. Somewhat starting to show signs of being outdated as things are seen glue together or patched. The breakfast was plenty with good selections. Nothing around the hotel. Got a non smoking room, but it was smelling like smoke. Overall, it was good enough.

It is definitely a 5 star ⭐️ hotel not only with good clean room ambience , delicious food , amenities and truly 5 star service warmly welcomed by Kira the lady service manager who ensured that the stay was a perfect one ! It is definitely on the top of the list for a 5 star Hotel in Nanning . The standard of the hotel is greatly met and experienced! Sure to come back for the next stay . After the children fell asleep in the room, the adults wanted to take a shower in the bathroom, but the bathroom couldn't turn on the light because the glass of the bathroom and the room can only be fogged and can't block the light. It's still quite bright, which may not be developed for parents and children. In addition, the parent-child room is too small. There is no room for the slide, and the price is a bit high. The welcome fruit and breakfast are normal. The back of the doll on the slide is broken.

Hygiene: When I checked in, I found the garbage left by the previous guest in the room. The garbage was obvious and not cleaned up, see Figure 1. The bedding is not breathable, and the skin will feel stuffy and itchy. The shower water volume is very small. Facilities: General, not like a five-star hotel at all. Environment: General, not like a five-star hotel at all. Service: When I met the room attendant in the corridor, he rarely greeted me. We took the initiative to greet him politely, but he was not enthusiastic and reluctant. Because I brought two children with me, I wanted a few more bottles of mineral water, but I was told that I could only get 2 more bottles. It is also very inconvenient to order takeout. The hotel has two storage locations. At the same address, the takeout staff will randomly deliver to different takeout cabinets, which is very inconvenient to take. Even if the robot delivers it to the door, you have to use the room phone to call and operate it in advance. The phone is extremely difficult to use. I praise the front desk lady Xiao Mo. When she learned that it was my birthday that day, she took the initiative to upgrade the room type and sent a birthday cake. Thank you and the hotel! Anyway, the guys and girls at the front desk are very nice! Next time I go to Nanning, I will probably not choose this hotel again. The five-star hotels I stayed in Nanning before are much better than this one.

The hotel is conveniently located, the hardware is well maintained, and the room feels very new. I would especially like to thank the hotel for sending a birthday cake to the child, which is very thoughtful and the service is particularly good.

We chose this hotel when we traveled to Nanning during the National Day holiday. We drove downstairs and there was a hotel parking lot. We had free parking. We booked a basic room type, and we were upgraded to a lake view room for free. We also prepared toiletries and buckwheat pillows for the children in advance, which was good! The room was large and the facilities were up to five-star standards. The hotel meals were OK, and the Laoyou noodles were delicious! The hotel's rooftop swimming pool was great 👍🏻 The view was great and the water quality was good! The only drawback was that there were no restaurants nearby, but it was a good choice for self-driving tours~

The seafood is large and varied and very fresh. I tasted a lot of local fruits in Guangxi. The hotel will host the East China Expo in a few days. I will stay here again next time I come to Nanning.
