幫朋友訂的，朋友進了房間後覺得有異味，不乾淨，然後發現床上還有有頭髮，打電話給我和我問能不能退房，然後我就電話諮詢，中間大概就進房間十多分鐘，因為電話溝通什麼浪費了時間，然後接電話的那個人説不可以退，硬是説已經入住一個多小時了，不能退了，明明就十幾分鍾，而且房間確實不乾淨，還説不存在不乾淨的問題，房間很臭

上面寫的地址根本不對，到了必須要打電話給老闆才能找到，房間特別悶很臭，根本沒有被子，就一個被單，隔音不好，半夜什麼聲音都有。女生單獨住的要注意一下

酒店坐落一個小區內，與網上標識的地址有出入，不是410，而且老闆態度很差，到店過程中需要多次溝通，該公寓沒有導向指示，居住按金沒有告示牌，老闆一會報要200，第二次報300，在尋問錄音過程中問具體幾百？老闆口氣霸道，説自己想收幾百收幾百，還揚言不怕投訴！看**的網評，非常差，店主還説客户惡意評網！
