The hotel was quite clean and had the typical standards of an older establishment. However, the day I arrived, it was raining, and there was a noticeable old-house smell starting from the lobby. The room was spacious, but the lighting wasn't very bright; it was more on the cozy side, which isn't ideal for someone working. The Wi-Fi was spotty and the speed wasn't great. Also, the desk was glass, making it impossible to use a mouse. Overall, the room is large and the area around the hotel is lively, making it more suitable for family trips.

This stay was extremely disappointing, with a very poor overall experience. The facilities were mediocre, the room cleaning was inadequate, and even after changing the cleaning cloth, there was still a noticeable odor. Basic hygiene wasn't done properly; the disposable slippers showed obvious signs of use, and hair was everywhere. The service attitude was even more unacceptable. The staff were arrogant and rude, showing absolutely no respect for guests. I felt scrutinized throughout the entire process, with no sense of service whatsoever. Upon checking out, I lightly touched the food delivery robot, and the front desk immediately intervened. After confirming I was a guest and showing my room key, they immediately fell silent but didn't even offer a basic apology. I don't expect a warm smile, but the most basic respect and professional service were lacking. Both the facilities and the service failed to meet standards, severely impacting my travel experience. I would not recommend staying here.

This is truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The room temperature was 28 degrees Celsius, and the hotel said the air conditioning no longer blows cold air, so they provided a fan instead. It's 2025! I ended up having to use the fan again, which was ridiculous. The room window was an interior window, so opening it obviously wouldn't help. This wasn't mentioned when I booked the room. It's so absurd! The room was also incredibly damp, like a sauna. The worst hotel stay I've ever had!!

I have encountered such a situation in Shanxi before. Hotels in Shanxi prepared fruits and individually packaged foods, and the bags on the outside were printed with the hotel logo. It felt very warm and easy to take. In fact, this was also a disguised form of publicity. Isn’t it a win-win situation? I don't understand why Boning only has two large lunch boxes, which contain a whole corn, two fancy small steamed buns, and an egg. I am speechless...

If the room has not been cleaned, it should not be put up for sale online, or the guests should be informed in advance. It looks like a marketing scam Second, I only took two room cards to the front desk, but because the handover was not clear, they insisted that I took three room cards. After I checked with my family several times, we didn't get the three room cards. The front desk took out a room card that was not given to us from the computer.
