因為就在公司附近，因此這是第三次入住這家酒店了。我不得不説這是我有史以來住酒店最噁心的一次。不是衞生條件多噁心，而是整個酒店從我入住進來就一直有一股潮濕發黴的味道，在房間揮之不去，走廊也是。
一開始給我安排的29樓房間味道住了一晚上，我實在是接受不了，第二晚上給我安排到30樓，結果住進去不到兩個小時不知道是空調還是走廊傳進來的味道，整個房間又是有非常重的發黴味道。這次入住一共三個晚上，每一晚都想煎熬，給前台員工打反映非常冷漠。
前台早餐的水平也非常一般，競爭，我覺得完全配不上皇冠的水平。
希望大家一定要避雷，一定要避雷，一定要避雷！！！
我每個月都會出差來南寧，至少一次我以後再也不會住這家酒店！！！

皇冠假日酒店房間設施配置不錯，洗手間很寬敞，前台工作人員Aili服務很不錯，總體來説性價比很高，最關鍵是酒店位置很方便，地鐵一號線東盟商務區B出口出來直抵酒店，大型商場萬象城，民族影城均在酒店周邊，吃喝玩樂非常方便。

酒店體驗感很好，前台Aili入住時就添加微信，給我介紹WIFI、外賣這些，服務很細心。17樓晚上的自助餐不錯，房間的吹風機很好用，超喜歡盤旋樓梯的設計風格，下次有機會還來。

酒店位於南寧的商圈中心，位置特別好，前台小秋服務熱情周到，還幫忙升級了房間，並且貼心提醒外賣可以機器人送到房間，房間打掃乾淨，隔音好，床很軟很舒服，設施設備都很新，酒店門口就有地鐵，叫車也很方便，早餐很豐富，看着都不像19年開業的，下次回來南寧還會入住這個酒店！
