Golden Diamond Hotel(Vientiane City Nanning East Railway Station Branch)

The environment is clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new and high-end. The disposable amenities are also excellent, showing that this is a very thoughtful and service-oriented hotel. It's conveniently located right by Fengling subway station, and very close to Mixc City and Qingxiu Mountain! Highly recommended!

As someone who travels frequently for business and has stayed in many hotels, this particular stay was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, the desk was practical, and the internet was stable, which made working overtime a breeze. Housekeeping was meticulous and did an excellent job with daily tidying. Both the front desk and the concierge were professional and reliable, handling requests efficiently and making communication effortless. The soundproofing was particularly impressive, allowing for a good night's rest after a busy day. The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers, offering convenient commuting. There was no excessive upselling; the experience felt natural and comfortable. Overall, the hygiene, amenities, and service were well-balanced, providing outstanding value for money. It's definitely my top choice for future business trips.

We booked two rooms. The hygiene was excellent, and the service was great. The surrounding area also offered convenient transportation.

The room was spacious enough for a family of three. The facilities were well-maintained, nothing too rundown. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right outside a bus stop and a subway station, making transportation very easy. (Of course, this area is considered Nanning's new urban district, a bit far from the old city center, but it's all on one main avenue, and the subway is a direct line without transfers. Taxis also follow a pretty straight route.) There aren't many dining options nearby, only around Weizhuang Building.

Came for a concert, and it was pretty good. The location is super convenient, with a subway station just a short walk from the entrance, making it easy to get anywhere. The service was also good. The only minor drawback is that the hairdryer is old-fashioned, so it takes forever to dry long hair. Another slight regret is that we didn't manage to book the hotel's concert shuttle service. Nobody informed us about it beforehand, and it was only by chance that we saw it in the evening and found out there was a pick-up service back to the hotel.

The location is great, making it easy to get around. We came by electric car, and they had charging stations, which was a huge plus! The service attitude was excellent. We checked in at 2 AM on Friday, and the air conditioning in our room wasn't set properly. We called the front desk, and they immediately sent someone up to help – they really went the extra mile! We were there for the Jay Chou concert, and they even arranged transportation for us. Highly recommend!

A luxurious hotel. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price. I'm very satisfied overall. Good reviews are important for attracting a high-end clientele, and the facilities and amenities were reliable, so a positive review is a must. Yunnan is known for its beautiful women.

We were traveling with elderly parents and young children, and the hotel provided excellent service. They offered a dedicated 1-on-1 chat group where all departments actively responded to our needs. The staff was very friendly and I highly recommend this hotel.
