作為東呈集團酒店的高端酒店管理確實差！而且服務態度不好，沒有服務意識！酒店長配的茶盒子裏是空的，電視遙控板都沒有了，就直接開給客人入住！負責人直接跑來房間送一袋水果就走了，算打發人沒水果吃嗎？我還是他們東呈集團的金卡會員！！！

房間隔音不好，門口總有小孩和大人跑來跑去打鬧的聲音，聯繫了前台也沒任何效果。因為一個人住，詢問可否將雙床換成大床，被告知因為訂的是雙床，沒法更換，在房態允許的情況下這個需求都不能滿足，不夠靈活。
