Nanning Red Forest Hotel

The hotel has quite strict control over food deliveries, not allowing delivery personnel to go up to guest floors, which really protects guest privacy. They have special robots that deliver food, which is a great touch. The day before yesterday, Xiaoqiu provided attentive service; she was very friendly during check-in and even gave us a beautiful fridge magnet.

The 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The service was attentive, and breakfast was decent, just make sure not to go too late as the selection dwindles. Overall, it was excellent.

Environment: Lots of greenery, very nice surroundings. Service: Qiu Jin's service attitude was excellent; she proactively helped deliver luggage to the room. Facilities: Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still very comprehensive, and the in-room Wi-Fi signal is good. Hygiene: Clean, no strange odors in the room, making for a very comfortable stay.

The room has a classic, old-money charm. The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel's restaurant is popular with locals, so parking can be tight during dinner hours. The cleanliness is good, though the bathroom and shower are a bit small. Breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, but it covers the essentials. It's conveniently located, making it suitable for business travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining options, and not far from Nanning East Station. Xiao Liang even gave a complimentary breakfast to the child. Overall, the value for money is excellent.

The folk song performance at the hotel during check-in was lovely to listen to. Xiaofang at the front desk was very warm and attentive. The complimentary late-night snack of beef rice rolls was delicious, my child loved it. A perfect stay! 👍👍

The front desk service was warm and attentive, the rooms were neat and tidy, and the breakfast was rich and varied. It's the most upscale hotel in the area. Also: The swimming pool water quality is good, and guests can pick up locker keys at the fitness center reception (it was quite uncivilized that some female attendants made guests go into the men's restroom to scan a code and pay a deposit before using the squat toilets to change and store/retrieve clothes. I suggest removing the changing rooms from the restrooms, and that shampoo, shower gel, and slippers be provided in the swimming pool area promptly).

We were very happy with our room and the service during our stay. They upgraded us to a quiet room with great natural light and ventilation. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around by taxi or subway. There are also shopping malls and night markets nearby. Plus, the hotel has its own 24-hour tea room, which was super convenient for grabbing a bite. Highly recommend staying here! 😊

Qiu Jin's service attitude was exceptional [strong]. Her warm smile made us feel incredibly welcome. Both our rooms were arranged on the same floor, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast tasted great. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!
