離景區近，好停車，過夜25元，但是小區和電梯在隔壁不在一起，電梯到不了停車場。接近過年樓里人不多，空車位多電梯不用等太久。
樓是老樓，但是離三街兩巷和平西夜市都近，步行10分鐘距離。周圍還有水街美食街都很好逛。
價格性價比高，市中心的120r左右的雙房，但是設施就不能要求太多了，時有時無的wifi，不打開卧室門和窗户房子就不太通風，黴點和銹跡，但是再一次這個價格還是對得起價格的。
房東熱情回覆速度快，發了很詳細的從地鐵口步行到樓入口和停車場每個路口照片，雖然我們是開車前往，定位其實比照片更清晰。
床上用品乾淨整潔，房間相對來説還是能接受的。床墊稍硬。
推薦給預算不高的家庭想離景點近有個落腳的地方入住。

房子由於是老城區，比較舊，但有的東西都有，衞生狀況也還好，就像以前老家一樣，房東人很好！這個價格還是非常推薦入住的

房東提前把發了定位，並且把附近經過的街景全部拍照發了圖片，很容易就找到了位置，房東想的很周到噠。住處去哪裡都很方便，附近西關夜市等都很近
