平時經常出差，住過不少酒店，小到 商旅酒店大到五星酒店，都住過不少。但是，第一次想吐槽一下:
1.馬桶不乾淨，有尿漬。剛住進房間就發現了馬桶圈根本沒清理，説是清潔人員一個人清理一層太忙了沒注意，這個根本不是理由，清潔標準沒有嗎，連糊弄都懶得糊弄了。
2.換房後新的房間洗漱用品未更新，洗髮水擠不出來，跟工作人員反應後回來用發現仍未更換。
3.當天晚上發現新換的有蟑螂，當時差點爬到頭上，叫來前台工作人員説給換房，給出的理由是進行蟑螂消殺的原因，這也不是理由，蟑螂消殺怎麼能有活的爬出來呢？在南寧也住過不少酒店，從來沒遇到過蟑螂問題。當時要求聯繫他們領導，結果聯繫了半天也沒聯繫上，半夜也沒法更換酒店，衹能再次換房間等待第二天他們領導解決。
4.再次更換新房間，同類型房間沒有了，換了個雙床房，但是新房間門鎖安全鎖無鎖頭，這也算是一個設備不完善問題吧。
然後就是後續的處理問題，等了一整天也沒有等到他們領導來解決，甚至都沒有電話聯繫，衹是通過前台工作人員表達願意退一天房費和提供鐘點房折扣券，但是我的訴求是由於頻繁換房以及出現的各種問題，我要求退還我所付的兩天房費，但是他們沒有同意。好的那我一分都不要了，我也不差這點，我想要的是他們的一個處理態度。
一個連鎖酒店，出現這麼多衞生問題，竟然沒有一套完善的處理流程和措施，甚至連領導的麪都沒見到，不知道是怎麼制定的制度，這真的是我想吐槽的，衹想依靠前台的工作人員來處理嗎，酒店領導是幹嘛的。
真的是太失望了，真的是最失望的一次住宿。
p.s.但是總的來説，酒店的問題跟前台工作人員關係不大，服務態度還是很好的，這些事情也不是她們能決定的，這些問題歸結到底是酒店的管理出了問題。以後避雷了。

服務好 ，性價比好，房間夠大，衞生乾淨，停車方便，出差首選。房間夠大衞生很乾凈，前台服務很好，笑容親切，服務也很熱情。早餐品種豐富，味道好，還有下午點心提供，客房還很貼心的幫忙疊衣服，有自動洗衣機，烘乾機，掛燙機都有，值得點贊。周邊配套完善，環境不錯，離大學城很近，落地大窗户窗外風景優美，房間還有藍牙音響，有地下停車場，免費停車，床墊很舒服，軟硬適
中，隔音也不錯，睡得很好，非常推薦!
