臻享雙人份下午茶:沒有，前台也不會主動告知。
設施：將就
服務：續訂了兩天，礦泉水應該給我續兩瓶的吧？這也要客户自己主動説嗎？還有一次性拖鞋，放櫃子裏，我找半天，不是要用衣架都找不到。
預約接送站這方面，送站的時候，下來晚了兩分鐘，車就開走了，太離譜了，還打三個電話來催，還國際酒店...

我入住前一天晚上打電話跟前台預訂要接送服務，前台説不用預訂 接送二選一，到東站直接給前台打電話就好了，我也看了攜程上説無需預訂。第二天到東站了，打電話跟前台説我到東站了可以派車來接了，前台小哥給我的答覆是接送需要提前一個小時預訂。相當於我要在東站等一個小時，我質問前台説昨天我打電話預訂的時候沒有人跟我説要提前一個小時預訂，攜程上也沒有寫要提前一個小時預訂。前台小哥説沒辦法要過一個小時才能派車。我自己打車來到前台了。問前台為什麼不提前跟我説要提前預訂車。前台小哥很敷衍一句抱歉都沒有。在房間裏掃碼進小程序，小程序裏有泡腳桶，電蚊香等等，我下單了泡腳桶電蚊香，前台跟我説沒有 我問前台有沒有電蚊香，前台也説沒有。房間裏有蚊子 唯一好點一點就是酒店的早餐很不錯 而且弄早餐的阿姨還跟我説那邊有什麼吃的 服務很好
