The cleanness 3/10. Location 9/10 Don't expect too much with this very cheap price. Excellent location. Few steps from MIXC shopping mall. Surrounded by many local shops. The apt is located on the on of the floor in the building. The lift is public lift, you will meet many construction workers, civilians, and full-make up girl. Your door will be knock/slipped a 'bussines card' from a girl.

Cheap value for money apartment. No desk nor chair for laptop. Quiet - had a great sleep. Good for short stay.
