What can I say about this hotel? The front desk was not good when I came in. It was too unfamiliar. I said I wanted to extend my stay until 8 o'clock the next day (because of the flight at night). They said I would ask if I could extend it until 8 o'clock when the supervisor came to work tomorrow morning. After entering the room, I put my luggage and went out to play for a while before returning to the hotel. I looked carefully and found that it was much smaller than expected, especially the shower room was very small. I bumped into it everywhere when taking a shower. After taking a shower, I turned on the air conditioner and found that it was broken. There was no electricity. I thought I would blow my hair first. I searched for it in the bathroom for a long time but couldn't find it. I came out and found it at the head of the bed. Well, I plugged it in the head of the bed and prepared to blow my hair. Oh my god! There was no electricity! Then I tried the only three sockets in the whole room and none of them had electricity. Finally, I plugged it in the bathroom to blow my hair. After blowing my hair, I asked the front desk to ask someone to come up and see. They said there was no electricity, and then they didn't give me a solution. I asked if there was a room of the same type for me to change rooms. Then I asked the front desk to change me to a room downstairs. I went downstairs to get the room card and came up and changed to the downstairs by myself. After entering the new room, the air conditioner was working but the window switch was broken, and the window could not be closed tightly! There was no switch for the Do Not Disturb light! What's even more outrageous is that the previous room had a refrigerator, but the new room didn't have one! The sink was also broken, it was blocked and I couldn't press it down. Finally, I opened a toothbrush and poked it hard with the tail to open it. Because I went out and got wet in the rain, I wanted to hang my clothes, but the pole was broken, and all the clothes fell down... That's fine, but when I went to bed, I found that the TV remote control was broken... The TV couldn't be turned off, and it was still bright! I pressed it for a long time but it didn't work, so I had to call... The next day I got up early to eat breakfast at the hotel. How should I say it? I don't recommend it. It's terrible, but after all, the price is there. After breakfast, I went to the front desk to ask about extending my stay until 8 o'clock. This time, a good front desk was changed. The appearance was much more mature than the male desk last night, but! I still couldn't extend my stay until 8 o'clock, only until 6 o'clock. They said they would not charge me the full half-day room fee, and would just charge 80. Wow, they charged me 80 for four hours. The hourly room in the same hotel is only 80 for 12 hours. Can you be more outrageous? I don't want to go through the trouble of changing hotels and carrying luggage, so 80 is 80. This is just for reference. I may be the only one who encountered this.
