進房間就特別臭 地毯也醜 而且衞生很差 臟兮兮的。還有小蟲子 根本住不了。我們辦理了入住放個東西就出去了。晚上又重新訂的其他酒店 根本止不了人 圖片跟實物就是買家秀和賣家秀

本來定了江景房結果景色被中國銀行的建築當掉一大塊，玻璃也是有色玻璃，窗户還高。外面的景色無法欣賞。
設施一般，這個空調都泡發得掉渣了。前台服務很冰冷……

1.預訂的江景房，衹能側面看到江，應該在客房圖片介紹上明確朝向或者説明，以免客人誤會。2.房間年老失修，天花板漏水，就在燈具旁邊漏水，有嚴重安全隱患。3.我是攜程VIP，可享受16:00退房，前台一句話説沒有服務員，衹能14:00點退房，不能完成的承諾乾脆不要承諾。本次住宿時間很短，但是感覺不盡如意！

1.攜程上延遲退房前台説是沒有參加不算的，非常無語……沒參加可以不上攜程啊！
2.樓層高風吹的很大，窗户根本關不緊，關緊的話風吹玻璃碰撞聲音很大，根本睡不着！
3.服務態度真的很一般，打擾阿姨也是沒素質……
