The room is very big compared to hotels in the city center
But it's next to the subway. Even though it's soundproofed, it still has some impact.

Apar**ent very well located, close to restaurants, shops and the RER station. Quiet place and courteous staff. 15 minutes from tourist places by transport, therefore easy to access. This avoids paying high prices for accommodation in Paris itself. Accommodation attached to Lidl which is open on Sunday mornings and parking much more affordable than local competitors. I recommend 👍🏽

3 negative points about this stay: 1. No remote control in the room (minor problem which was resolved quickly but which accumulates with the rest).
2. A very worn floor in the room (n° 108) on which a towel is placed as a cover
3. No hot water: a real problem, which can happen (a breakdown always happens when you don't expect it). But I was hoping for at least a word of apology when I checked out, and not a simple "no hot water, do you too?", a simple question aimed at identifying the number of indisposed customers. Of course, no commercial gesture was offered.
Anyway, I hope it will be better next time.
