I book by trip and already paid by online. But when i am check in (mid night) the guy ask my credit card and ask around 300 something EURO. As i remember he ask for deposit. But after 3 days i left the hotel and check my credit card transaction, i see there is any debit on that day. I hope the hotel will GIVE BACK MY MONEY. I will always follow up this until i get back my money.

Não sao nada acolhedores. Reservei pelo site da boooking e acreditem. Cobraram caução no valor de 1500 euros. O hotel é bom mas tentam nos enganar de todas as maneiras. Não fazem a mínima questão de entender o que vc quer falar. E ainda nos chamaram de pobres. Perguntando se não tínhamos crédito suficiente para pagar. Sendo q já tinha pago no site. Verdadeiro absurdo

Tout est banal, relativement correct sans plus et sans aucun attrait Le personnel est efficace mais la disposition de l'accueil est très mal agencée On notera la présence très utile d'un parking et la proximité idéale pour se rendre à la salle "Défense Arena" Par contre on sait quand le RER A circule ....... il est audible (vibration et bruit) à chaque passage ce qui est très désagréable

A hotel where you can enjoy every metro passing underneath, including a room shaking (i was in 304). Ridiculously loud. Breakfast mediocre and not ready in time, be prepared to face closed breakfast room doors, no croissants/pain au raissin because they forgot to bake them, and cold scrambled eggs. Staff was not receptive to complaints and started talking French with eachother not knowing I understand French perfectly as well............you should never ever start lying to your customers......Never ever again as this lousy experience came at a significant pricetag. Not worth the money at all, being there for business purposes a good quality sleep is paramount, and believe me, this hotel guarantees extremely poor sleep and mediocre breakfast. 2/10 score (and I have seen some hotels all over the world)

Étant donné le quartier, pas vraiment agréable en soirée et pauvre d’offre gastronomique, je me serais attendu soit à un restaurant (qui existe mais est fermé) ou au moins un room service un peu plus fourni ( ce qui est proposé n’est pas disponible) Sinon très proche du RER A qui vous emmène en 5’ à La Défense ou à Nanterre et en 10’ à l’Etoile. Chambre grande (privilège), espaces confortables, petit déjeuner juste en ordre (les œufs brouillés sont froids en début de service).

L'hôtel est très situé, à 20m du RER A pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Paris. Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le petit bémol, la journée, il y'a les vibrations du au RER. L'accueil a été très agréable et même ma chambre était disponible avant midi, super.

Chambre privilège satisfaisant.. Mais ça aurait été bien d'être informés du bruit récurant du rer train etc... Mes amis jusqu'à 1h30 du mat vous en aurez pour vos oreilles. Et les murs qui vibrent.je vous souhaite bon courage. Salle de bain petite et sans produit de toilettes. Je pense qu'on réfléchira avant de revenir
