Convenient, clean, and tidy, but all rooms face north; the staff lacked service awareness, failing to prioritize check-in and instead attending to other tasks; the housekeeper wore slippers while sharing an elevator with guests, and played videos loudly on their phone; even as a platinum member, no complimentary fruit was provided. In the Tongzhou Bay area, a Ji Hotel costs over 360 RMB, and overall, the service didn't justify the price.

Very good, good service, good room, good breakfast

It was my first business trip to Tongzhou Bay, and I booked the Tongzhou Bay Four Seasons Hotel through Ctrip. Although Tongzhou Bay is a bit remote and a bit deserted at night, the service staff of the Four Seasons Hotel were very enthusiastic, especially Zhou Jin at the front desk, who introduced the surrounding environment enthusiastically and made me feel at home. The room configuration of the Four Seasons Hotel is very good, and the breakfast is also rich. It is on the 20th floor. It's very quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again next time I have the chance.

The first time I came to Tongzhou Bay with my family, I had to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the room is large, you can also see the sea view, the TV is big, the bed and pillow are very comfortable, the waiter is very enthusiastic and responsive, the breakfast is not bad, the children love to eat cakes and say it is very delicious, we each had a bowl of noodles, it was very comfortable, and they gave us mineral water when we checked out, which was very considerate. It goes all the way to the highway, and the transportation is very convenient. Next time I will definitely stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, thank you very much.

The price/performance ratio is good. The location is a bit far from Nantong city, but it is the best choice for business trips to Nantong Tongzhou Bay. As always, I choose the All Seasons Hotel. Highly recommended...

The hotel is easy to find, very close to the Tongzhou Bay Lighthouse. The room was well-equipped, clean, and elegant. The front desk lady was very patient and welcoming. I had a very satisfying stay.
