The room was new and very clean, and the service was excellent. It started pouring rain at checkout time, and Clara at the front desk proactively extended our checkout time, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Facilities: The hotel, newly opened in 2025, boasts excellent, modern facilities. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom, which was impeccably maintained. Environment: The lobby is warm and inviting, with a great atmosphere. Service: The service was enthusiastic and attentive. A special shout-out to Gloria Wang at the front desk. We were taking our child out the next day and worried about missing checkout, so she thoughtfully provided a late checkout service. Ceramic DIY Single Experience Voucher (2 tickets): Our child had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the activity there.

The room facilities are complete and the hygiene is good. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. It's convenient for getting around, close to Wanda and Sam's Club. The soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff, Bart, has a great service attitude. I highly recommend staying here; it offers good value for money. It's a really nice hotel.

The Courtyard's facilities are quite new and highly intelligent. The air conditioning cools quickly and is quiet, and the shower has great water pressure. The front desk staff, Xiao Qian, was very attentive and helpful.
