The building is filled with the scent of cypress wood. Although it's an older property, it's very well-maintained! I heard it's going to be renovated soon, and I hope they preserve its original wooden cabin charm. When I visit Sun Moon Lake again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

Great location! You get stunning views of Sun Moon Lake right from your room. It's easy to walk to Ita Thao pier for snacks, and you can rent a bike to cycle around the lake. The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway station is also close by. We even saw some cherry blossoms and took some beautiful photos!

The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the stay pleasant and welcoming. The bathroom appears to have been renovated recently and is clean and modern.
However, the carpet in the room and in the common areas are quite dated and does not meet current standards. An update would significantly improve the overall comfort and impression of the room. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay thanks to the location and service, but some room upgrades—particularly the carpet—would make a noticeable difference.

We stayed on December 31 and enjoyed a beautiful fireworks view right from our balcony — truly memorable. Breakfast had many choices, and the hotel is beautiful with a warm wooden feel, featuring a kids’ playroom, swimming pool, and a lovely lake view spot.
Step outside and you’ll find the night market, pier, and cable car, all within walking distance. Super convenient and absolutely lovely.

I really loved this hotel! It was filled with the scent of cypress wood, and the bathroom was very clean and bright. Our room faced the lake, so the view was fantastic. We were so glad we booked for two nights; it was an amazing travel experience!
