Hotel staff are accommodating! The hotel is resting at the heart of the monster village so it’s very accessible to all tourist spots in the area. Saw some wild monkeys also which is reported to be a very rare encounter. All in all, I love my experience here. Very much recommended!

A great choice for families traveling with kids, perfect for slowing down and unwinding from a busy life.

The room is dusty everywhere, the lighting,TV area and the bathroom panel... I had itchy redness on my foreheads and my back neck areas the next day..

The environment is beautiful, and the room design is very unique and cute. It's located right in Monster Village, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, or watching performances. It's also only a 2-minute walk to enter the park. Plus, the hotel staff's explanations during check-in were incredibly detailed and excellent!

Very big room with two queen beds. Window view of the forest. Monster theme and performance on the McLain plaza. The food was ok. Convenient store on the premises for late night snacks and needs.

We stayed one night at the Monster Village. There were shops and food stalls around the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony on the second floor overseeing the village street. Our room booking included breakfast buffet 7 am - 9 am, typical ********* breakfast items like porridge and noodles. There were multiple live performances which was pretty entertaining, but most of the activities are geared towards younger kids my tweenagers. There is a specialty Nettles bread that everyone waited in line for a fresh batch. Overall it was a fun experience and good photo spot!

The room was spacious and clean. Although our itinerary was to arrive at the hotel late at night and visit the village the next morning, the thoughtful receptionist called to confirm our arrival. She explained that the restaurants near the hotel had all closed and she was worried we hadn't had dinner yet. 😊 Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is quite convenient and very tranquil, but the dinner options are limited, and there aren't many places to stroll around in the evening. However, overall, it's a good option for those looking to relax and unwind in the mountains.

Located near Xitou Recreation Area, it's a nice place to stroll around when it's raining or you're bored. You can go to Xitou Education Park early the next morning; the breakfast is delicious. However, there are limited facilities on the mountain, so a laundry facility would be a plus. The rooms open onto the street, so privacy is somewhat lacking.

The room was clean and tidy, making me feel comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very cool. The village as a whole is quite old, but it still retains its unique charm and historical feel. There are many activities available on holidays, perfect for the whole family to participate in, creating a lively atmosphere. Breakfast is a buffet, which I personally found quite good.

The service and activities were excellent, but despite all these positive aspects, our stay was left with some regrets! At night, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Besides the loud ventilation in the bathroom, the floor-to-ceiling windows couldn't block out the noise from the rooms above and below, or even from the next room... The sounds of talking and walking made it impossible to sleep all night! Additionally, the toilet had a strong sewage smell; we stayed in room 3523. Previously, there were many comments about the soundproofing and odor issues at your accommodation. Have you taken your guests' feedback seriously? If you could improve these issues, staying in this village would truly be the first choice.
