早餐和休閑設施如泳池健身房等都是去隔壁的山林會館免費使用，因為是同一個老闆。很划算！房間本身很新。地點就在步行街轉個彎，房間可看到無敵湖景。

日潭館位置就在伊達邵碼頭旁（走路1-2分鐘），行車抵達後可先辦理check in，再由飯店人員導引至合作停車場（月潭館或溫德姆停車場，日潭館為住宿功能為主）。
雙人房間大小適中，唯雙人房以市景為主、四人房才是湖景為主。房間打掃乾淨、隔音還算OK。早餐在鄰近關係企業飯店儷山林2樓（走路約1分鐘，接待大廳在三樓，所以要再走下層一樓），景觀視野佳。

陽台的景色真的很漂亮，原本看到飯店外觀以為會失望，結果會想要再來一次！旁邊就是伊達邵商圈，買吃的很方便，飯店早餐也很棒，總之這次住宿體驗很好。
