We check in quite late and the staff is very nice to help us with the check in process. Our room has a very nice view facing the lake and the location is very near to the ferry too! Parking wise is about 5mins walk away and you need to pay for the parking fee.

My family love this hotel. Everything is good.
Boss and staff are super friendly and nice.
Surrounding are all the little shop where u can shop and have small snack. Near to Starbucks and convenient store. Oh ya! View are good!

The scenery is breathtaking! It's a shame the weather wasn't great in the morning, so I missed the sunrise. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were super friendly.

The room on the second floor wasn't ideally located, but the bedding was clean and comfortable. The most noticeable drawback was the strong, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which seemed to be a drainage issue. Since we were only staying one night, and it was a weekend with a 7 PM check-in, we decided not to inform the hotel.

Waking up to this Sun Moon Lake view made our honeymoon extra special. Apollo Hotel was definitely the right choice. Breakfast is limited but the Yakult/Calpis drinks were such a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again for the view alone!
