Great location by the lake. Room was perfect for a family of four. Ample room space including a balcony with a nice view of the lake. Breakfast was standard. Hotel also offers complimentary bicycle rental.

I stayed at this hotel one night. The hotel provides free bikes. When I tried to check out a bike, two staff members talked to me. When I asked which bike I could ride faster, they did not answer my question. Some bikes are just very slow no matter what we do, so I don't want to get one like that. When I asked how long it would take if I wanted to ride in each direction from the hotel without a stop, the male staff member answered my question, but the female staff member kept on talking "Don't ride fast. You are going to get into accidents." Whenever I talked about "fast" like "how fast", "how long it takes", she just kept on talking "Fast is not good." I am a mature individual and I will not go fast if I could not. She just refused to provide information that I was looking for. As long as I return the bike intact, the rest is my own responsibility.

The hotel is at superb location. The breakfast is very delicious with many local and healthy food choices.

The location is very convenient, there are many snack bars, Tenren Tea, and Starbucks downstairs. The service staff is very kind. There are many rooms on weekdays and they helped us upgrade. The breakfast was also good. Overall, I am very satisfied. The lake view room has a great view.

When I checked into a hotel in Sun Moon Lake, I was captivated by its stunning views and elegant a**osphere. The hotel is ideally located facing the lake, allowing me to enjoy the stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The decor in the guest room was comfortable and warm, making me feel at home. The staff was very attentive and always happy to assist me with questions or provide suggestions. The food we tasted in the restaurant was also impressive, with excellent quality and a wide variety of dishes. Overall, this accommodation experience left me with wonderful and unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers who want to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake and high-quality services.

The view facing the lake is pleasant, the room size is moderate, and the overall cleanliness is good. I only stayed for two days in a row, and the breakfast content has not changed much. There is still room for improvement in quality, but it is a fly in the oin**ent.

The hotel has no facilities at all. The morning service and food in the restaurant are good. The room is a bit old. The faucet at the sink is too short and it is inconvenient to touch the sink with your hand.

The first row of Tanjing is great, but the hotel is really old, and the location of the sockets is weird. The water flow in the bathtub is very slow and you have to wait a long time to take a bath. The breakfast is average, and the CP value is too low for the price.

The quilts and mattresses are very thin. It will be very cold when the weather is cold because there is no heating and the air conditioner only cools but not heats! The location is next to Shuishe Pier, which is convenient for taking a boat. However, there are almost no shops open outside the hotel after 7 pm, so you can’t eat or go shopping. It’s not recommended.
