Awesome! They offer free bicycles for cycling around the lake. B3 has a game room with table tennis and billiards, plus a free basketball arcade machine. The gym has treadmills and spin bikes. The lake view rooms face the beautiful lake. The quad room even has a Japanese-style tatami room. Excellent value for money. It's only a 15-minute walk from Shuishe Pier, super convenient if you get hungry late at night!

Excellent location with very friendly service. They offer free bicycle rentals, and the Sun Moon Lake cycling path is right outside the door, which is incredibly convenient.

The lobby service and reception were good. However, the TV in the bathroom was broken, and we were told it would take an hour to fix that evening. The next day, before we had even checked out, a staff member walked straight into our room, which startled us. The front desk did apologize when we checked out later, but they really need to improve their staff training. Having someone suddenly open the door like that is quite alarming.

The hotel's facilities are excellent overall. There's a recreation room, so even if it's too hot to go out in summer, you won't get bored staying in the hotel all day. Bicycles are available for guests to borrow, and the breakfast spread is quite generous 👍.
We stayed in a deluxe lake view room this time, and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to that scenery made the stay completely worthwhile. The room also had a small balcony.
The only minor drawback is its distance from shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores. Since we didn't have our own transportation, we made sure to grab all our snacks and necessities from a convenience store before heading back to the hotel, which meant we didn't need to go out again in the evening. This proved to be no issue at all, though.
The hotel does provide a shuttle service to the shopping street; you can inquire about the schedule at the front desk. We absolutely loved our stay overall!

This hotel was incredibly comfortable. Downstairs, there were plenty of activities to keep children entertained, and the food was delicious too. We really enjoyed soaking in the tub in our room. Our balcony overlooked the mountains and a small lake, and after the rain, the mist curled up, making it feel like a fairyland.
