The booking details and paperwork said they took credit cards - they don't. We arrived with insufficient cash and they had to drive us to the 7/11 to withdraw cash to pay for the tariff. The owner was pleasant about this but we were slightly concerned, as he only had a two seater car, so my underage daughter was left alone in the accommodation, while I went off with him to sort out the money. She was concerned being left alone. The advertisement also said that they offer free bikes. They don't anymore. When I asked why, I was told that previous guests had left the island with the key to the bike locks, causing inconvenience. Sounds like a reasonable reason but they need to update the online advertisement. The owner doesn't speak English but uses printed signs to provide instructions about the key / check out time etc.
