Long queue to check in with only one receptionist; around one hour to find my booking had been messed up. No water in the rooms made worse by terrible room service (expensive as well). Final night kept awake all night by music playing from the pool area. Rooms are adequate but cleaning service is slow. Overall it felt to me like way to few staff and a massive cost reduction drive at the expense of customer quality / satisfaction

It’s two hotels with there names and a mess. Whoever is in charge of integrating these properties into one should be fired. Valet parking was a joke (couldn’t get my car due to valet being closed). They snuck “rate adjus**ent charges’ on the folio and completely ignored the rates on my confirmed reservation. Shameful. I called three times and got ignored. So here’s the review they deserve.

Expect not to have your room cleaned for a few days, no ice machine in the hotel so you have to go get it yourself because staff didn't answer the phone. It is a shame because the resort is very nice, but they were VERY understaffed

Brought my two older daughters to Napa for the 1st time and we stayed at the Meritage. They had the time of their life. Their spa was amazing. It’s is actually, in a cavern under their winery. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing. The resort has two beautiful pools. Their pool staff was very attentive and kind. Jose GranJulos took care of us pool side. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway. 🍷🍇

This was such a great place to stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean & comfortable & the grounds were beautiful. It’s pretty central for stores/places to eat. We stayed here as we had a wine tour in Napa; would definitely stay here again!

Rooms not a big as pictured. Showed pics of vinarrfs from balcony which is not true. Balcony facing cement. Had concert, said we had access to the shops where it was and we were followed and hassled about not having a wristband. Thank you for the hospitality. Dropped a lot of money to stay here for anniversary and treated like this is not ok. Wow getting snacks and treated like sneaking intona band I never of. Won't come back.

I specifically booked here based on a friends recommendation with high hopes of being able to stay on site with friends and truly enjoy the amenities. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
1. There was no indication when booking that the bowling alley was closed. We found out when we asked and the response was to come back in April.
2. The pool was closed. It was said the pool would be done January however, it doesn’t appear it was and we were told we could use the pool across the street. While I appreciate the offer, it’s uncomfortable to walk across the way in a bathing suit.
3. Our mattress had the spring coming through about 2 inches by our feet. Super unsafe.
I was unable to speak to a manager as I was in a hurry to get back to my kids but this was not the experience I expected from The Meritage.

Paying $600 a night to be awoken at 5am due to footsteps from the room above! I wish I complained and asked for a top floor. Considering how isolated the location is, it was annoying to be hear every moment of the guest upstairs. I hope the management responses
