Very nice hotel. I was so stressed out when I got there and the staff really made me feel a lot better and there was a mix up of some sort with my card and the staff was so awesome.

It was very quiet despite being right off a busy road. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated, and while the buildings have some dated architecture, it's nothing that impacts the quality of our stay. The beds were good, and we loved that the room heat/air was easy to turn off.
The only gripe I had was that the hot tub was tepid at best. It had strong jets, but it would have been nice if it was warmer!

The property was super clean and very nice. The rooms were nicer then the hotel I should in at San Francisco. The check in staff when I are was knowledgeable, approachable, professional but overall very nice. She gave us such a warm welcome I wis everyone would take a page out her book and learned how to treat guest. I would definitely come back to this Inn if I return to Napa.

Our stay at the Best Western is very cleanly and comfortable, with very little noise, the guest room attendant was courteous and helpful along with other helpful guests willing to lend a helping hand.

Convenient, affordable place to stay in Napa. Easy to find location along busy Soscol Avenue; close to downtown venues. Fast professional check in with no issues. As hotel is along busy Soscol Ave, if you desire a quieter visit I would recommend an inside room on the rear part of the property, on an upper floor. Parking was plentiful and close to rooms. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked as advertised, and our second story inside room was very quiet. Exterior elevator down the hallway was a plus. We were disappointed that there was no on site BW breakfast offered as we have found at other BW locations we have stayed at, but there is a independent restaurant next door if you choose. Check out was fast and easy as well. We would stay here again.
