Very nice hotel. I was so stressed out when I got there and the staff really made me feel a lot better and there was a mix up of some sort with my card and the staff was so awesome.

Check-in was not until 4 PM, but they let us keep our car there while we went off to a nearby winery. When we got back, our room was still not ready, so they gave us a key to the pool where we could relax and wait. The hot tub was perfect, and everything was super clean. The staff was extremely friendly and even came out to the pool to let us know when our room was ready. Great location in Napa, near so much stuff!
