Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley

Love the happy hour, pool and hot tub. The staff was very nice and definitely went out of their way to assist. Only thing missing was places in walking distance. Will be coming back!

The room was nice and the hotel staff were very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch. The hotel is in a convenient location as well.

We had a great experience in this hotel! Our room was upgraded no charge. The breakfast was great! They had omelette pancakes bacon etc. our room was clean and spacious! We will definitely come back!

Nice hotel. What we loved about this hotel is a very helpful staff members, efficient service, and attentive assistance. Pros: large room, nice inner courtyard, clean bathroom Cons: a bit outdated, old furniture (sofa), room on the first floor seems a bit loud because of the noise from the stone floor and wheeled luggage passing by. I am a Hilton Diamond Member. I booked this reservation in the winter, travelling to Napa for a family wedding. 30 days before the wedding, I get a message that they are cancelling my reservation. "As you may know, our hotel is undergoing major renovations to provide an enhanced stay experience for the future. We would like to express our gratitude for your understanding as we navigate through an unexpected situation. Despite our best efforts to ensure a seamless experience, there has been an unforeseen delay in our schedule that has extended the renovation period. This means we will not be able to maintain your reservation on the originally scheduled dates. Your reservation will be cancelled without penalty. All deposits paid will be refunded (to the original form of payment) within 14 business days. We were able to secure rooms at one of the hotels below, which offer comparable amenities, rooms and at lower rates." The other hotels are 15 miles away. We need to be in Napa for various functions throughout the weekend, including the wedding itself. My elderly mother cannot do all of this back and forth travel. This is unacceptable. The hotel is well aware of the critical summer period, when people cannot find alternative hotel options. I would not book at this hotel because you cannot have confidence that they will be able to honor your reservation if something "comes up". What am I supposed to do now?

Overall a good hotel with a very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again. Also one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The overall feel of the hotel was very dark and could use some better lighting and lighter colors but they are also remodeling so it might be better in the near future.

The hotel is under renovation. Although the room was a little outdated, it was clean and comfortable. We booked 5 rooms for family, and they were all very happy with their stay. We love the multiple rooms in the suites. The grounds were beautiful. I loved the water and the ducks and turtles, the flowers were gorgeous, I was outside with my camera every morning. The attached restaurant food was very good and every night we'd finish at the bar for a nightcap. The pool and gym were good. The center of town was a 15-minute walk to shops and restaurants and within driving distance to many of the vineyards. The breakfast every morning with made to order omelets that is included in resort price was great. If we come back to Napa again, we will stay here again. Great time!
