Environment: Very comfortable room, nothing to fault. There is a mini shop in the lobby where you can buy food and medicine, which is very convenient.

Excellent customer service from morning to evening, Randy was especially kind and accommodating. The renovated rooms are very nice and the exterior is on its way to being very nice. Nice coffee in the morning. Nice central location to downtown and the rest of Napa.

We love staying here every year. It’s in a great location that’s easy to Uber to different spots in Napa. Rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly.
