Silverado Resort & Spa exceeded all my expectations. Nestled amidst the picturesque surroundings, this resort offers an exquisite blend of luxury and serenity. From the moment I arrived, the staff exuded warmth and professionalism, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the facilities were top-notch, reflecting true sophistication. Whether it was a peaceful stroll in the beautifully landscaped grounds or a delightful meal at their gourmet restaurant, every moment was a treat. There were many great things about Silverado. We enjoyed golfing, and the golf staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a delicious dinner at the Grill. The only thing that made us rate this resort average was the cumbersome procedure of using the resorts own virtual gift card. Their computer system was unable to scan the QR code. So a 19 character code had to be manually entered every time the card was used. Even the front desk couldn't enter the card on arrival, necessitating you check out in person, and manually enter the 19 digits. We learned via email that Silverado management is well aware of this issue. Not what you'd expect from a 4 star resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Silverado Resort. It started with Thea who checked us in. She was so friendly and helpful and made us feel special. We loved our cottage room and hated to leave. The grounds are so beautiful that you never get tired of walking around and just enjoying the surroundings. We will definitely be back and recommend Silverado to our family and friends.
