Located in the center of Napa, the location is excellent. The hotel service staff is very friendly. After checking in at the front desk, free red wine and snacks are given. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel's public facilities are a bit inferior, and there is no gym. . The lighting in the hotel is also dim and the tone is slightly depressing, perhaps to reflect the combination of American country style and boutique hotel. There is a clear gap with domestic Andaz hotels. The price is still a bit expensive

I stayed for two nights in a row. I really love this hotel. In the fifteen days in the United States, this is the only hotel that made my stay more comfortable. The sheets finally became normal sheets.

In Napa city, the hotel gave me a good impression, the room facilities are good, the quality of toothbrush slippers is very curious. It feels like a "foreign version of the full season". Valet parking is free. Worth staying.

Great location and rooms were nice & clean. Staff was welcoming and there were several amenities. Restaurant service was very slow, and we had to leave after waiting 35 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. I am sure it would've been good but we didn't get experience it. We didn't bother trying for the rest of our trip.

This was a lovely experience. Wonderful staff and excellent food. I was traveling for work, but I'd definitely book the Andaz for a personal trip as well.

I loved Andaz Napa so much that I plan on visiting again in the near future. My King Jr Suite with beautiful bathtub was outstanding. I had so much fun shopping in the vast array of nearby shops. Andaz Napa is a fun place for a young crowd, as well. Very friendly and welcoming.
