I had to talk to staff in New Delhi to fix a date error I made when checking in online. I accidentally checked October instead of September. You do not allow staff on the ground to fix this. Only a New Delhi call center. I paid almost $90 more to check in yesterday than I would have for my erroneous October date. I intend to avoid Marriott if at all possible for any future trips. Allow your humans on the ground to actually provide the service you say you want to provide. I think you just want to make money though rather than provide service. I hope to never use Marriott again.
