Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Naperville

Our room was very clean and comfortable Just wish better snacks at the reception. Omelets delicious at cooked to order breakfast.

First let me start off by saying that I came to Naperville to visit family, and this was the closest hotel around to stay at. After eating the hotel’s breakfast omelette, I immediately became sick, and my stomach started hurting really bad, my body was shaking and it felt like I was about to pass out. I was up all night vomiting and could not stop. I still feel sick, and I didn’t pay all of this money to stay at this hotel, to become sick. I would like half of my payment back, and if I do not get half of my payment back, I will have to take legal action towards the hotel, and take them to court.

Lobby is upsale, however the furniture in the rooms are dated. Embassy Suites are no longer my hotel of choice

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Very attentive to clients needs and would help immediately. The facility and rooms are very clean and orderly. A wonderful experience for all travelers!

This hotel is central to many locations (restaurants, shopping, attractions, and downtown Chicago). We will most certainly visit this hotel again! Of many Hilton hotel experiences, this was a favorite for my husband. However, for me, the room experience was an okay experience: the mattress sheet had lint on it, I know it's a bit picky, however, when I can feel the lint it makes it a bit uncomfortable for me, I believe that the sheet should be replaced with a newer sheet. There was an issue with the HVAC unit in our room, there was a small piece of cardboard paper that was placed between the curtain frame and air vent, I believe to keep the noise level down. However, when the AC stopped intermittently, we could hear dripping noise from the HVAC unit. The noise didn't bother me, however, I did have a concern of possible mold buildup. Day two of our four day stay, I informed the front desk about the noise, I'm not sure if maintenance came into the room to check it out (we weren't informed of anything), however, our room was refreshed and we were appreciative of that. In addition to the lint on the mattress sheet, two of the clean wash clothes had stains on them, I used my towel to wash my face instead. Our bar and breakfast experience was phenomenal!!! Michelle, Brittany, and Stephanie were wonderful, thank each of you for such a wonderful bar/reception experience, you are appreciated more than you know! My husband also enjoyed his breakfast experience! Aside from the minute experiences that I mentioned, this hotel is a wonderful hotel. There are a number of restaurants and attractions within walking/driving distance. Given that my husband had a good experience, we will be visiting this hotel once more.
