First night we stayed, our sink and shower completely backed up. Didn't bother telling front desk at that time because we thought it may just take a little bit to drain, wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Nope, next day it was still backed up all day. Told them that evening and maintenance had already left. The next day they claimed maintenance would be there early in the morning and come to our room which they did not until about lunch hour. Front desk claimed maintenance had tried to stop by prior to that which was a lie because we were in the room all day and not once did anyone knock. Biggest complaint is the first night we were there, the next morning at 6am our door opens and someone tries to walk in! Thankfully I had the latch locked too otherwise this man would have walked in on us sleeping with our TODDLER in the room! They had apparently forgotten they gave us this room the night before and then booked it for someone else and gave them a key! The manager at the front desk shrugged it off and said she would leave my complaint. She also told my boyfriend that we were making a bigger deal out of it than it was. Excuse me?? Our almost 2 YEAR OLD was in the room with us and you allowed strangers access!!! I will be calling shortly to get her name and file a complaint with HR because this is just totally unacceptable and dangerous. Oh and I guess some girl was down there one morning reporting that her car was stolen from the parking lot. Avoid!
