The room overall was very nice & clean. I've never stayed any where including my own bed that there is no flat sheet. I have to have a flat sheet because i constantly get hot flakes throughout the night and kick my duvet/ blanket off but need to have something to cover with like a flat sheet. The pillows weren't supportive and very uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch with a robe to cover me, which was much better than the terrible mattress. It says the mattress is a pillow to but this was no pillow top mattress. The mattress was extremely firm which made it painful for me to sleep on. Trying to figure out how to watch the TV was a little frustrating because if a station didn't come in it went to a icon screen to choose from. Why can't you just flip through the stations easily? I think you should consider soundproofing the water closet. It isn't something anyone needs to hear their significant other doing.

This is a well run hotel that stands apart from the standard hotel chains. I was fortunate to get a king suite room and must say that it is one of the nice rooms I have stayed in. It is very spacious. The staff is accommodating and you can tell that the facility is well run.

The room is very clean and beds are very comfy. The staff are attentive and helpful. My family enjoy our stay at this hotel.Definitely will come back again. The price is very reasonable especially with the clean and comfy bedding. Very Nice hotel. :)

Impeccable service. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and accommodate your needs. I follow a vegan diet, and when the staff learned that there wasn’t an option on the menu for me, they went back and spoke with the chef who came out and was happy to prepare a delicious vegetable and pasta dish. The team also checked in multiple times during my stay via text as to how things were going.

Beautiful room! The staff were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and were only a text away. Very clean room with a luxurious bathroom and linens. We were able to request a personal fan and a sound machine which were in our room upon arrival. The Zorba cocktail bar was very classy yet comfortable with several signature drinks. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
