Everything was wonderful! We had an amazing experience. My only suggestion would be the walls aren’t insulated well. It’s very noisy, you can hear the next room etc.

Beautiful property and very friendly staff. The area has wonderful shopping and dining options and is so walkable. Also, the holiday decorations along the river walk are beautiful. Looking forward to coming back in the summer.

The property is in a very convenient location to restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk everywhere. The only problem we had was that it was noisy and hard to relax. There was a person singing with a speaker outside and three floors below our room but it was so loud we could still hear it with the fan and tv on. Hard to relax with that. We didn’t say anything about this as we didn’t want to make a big fuss. The noise ended around 9 pm. The noise in the hotel hallway was loud too. Overall the stay was worth it to it being conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

The location can’t be beat, right downtown and within walking distance of everything. Clean rooms every time we have stayed here in Naperville. They have a great bar and the staff have always been kind and courteous to my family. We stayed when they were hosting a wedding reception and it looked like it was fun and well put together.
