The hotel is new and really well designed. Good sized rooms, modern and spotless. Service on front desk was good.
The breakfast is poor. Empty coffee, have to pay for everything other than the space buffet (for $22). No a**osphere and poor service! We escaped before eating and went to a great, friendly place over the road. Also, why charge even more for parking!
Pool area was nice enough but all you could hear was the road next to the hotel.

Brand new hotel as of December 2023. Stayed in Jan 24. Food and upstairs bar great. Gym great. Two block walk to 5th Ave south hotspots. Bed ok and AC unit a bit loud for our taste but a great hotel for the price and downtown Naples location

Beautiful and very clean hotel! Easy 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Love the rooftop bar and lounge area!
