Pros Lovely pools and gardens Nice remodelled rooms Excellent air con Close proximity to Lowdermilk Beach Good Internet accessibility Cons Atrocious housekeeping, clearly lacking in management and pride in their work. If they have a daily checklist they are not using it. We had to complain about the total lack of and housekeeping 5 times in an 11 night stay and even when they did ‘service’ the room, they left piles of dirty towels and bedding, shower was never cleaned neither was the floor. One day they left 3 bath mats and no hand towels, another day we didn’t get a bath mat, and so it went on. They also failed to replenish cups, coffee, shower gel etc Reception staff. No welcome at check in, just handed the keys with no explanation of housekeeping arrangements, for instance beds only changed once every 3 days but housekeeping every day. On check out we were handed the bill then totally ignored. Very unprofessional. James who checked us in and out definitely needs customer service training. He was not overtly rude, but very brusque and dismissive. Room storage. Very little storage in the remodelled rooms if you are staying for more than a couple of nights. In room safes have been removed from the remodelled rooms No microwave We are now seriously considering other accommodation in the Naples area for our next visit, it is such a shame!!
