The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón

Great bed sheets and pillows, tired room, ripped curtain, no view, for $1,100 per night not great. But very comfy bed which is a huge deal for us.

Parking is close, food is good, staff is friendly but the scenery, golf course and lazy River is amazing. Concierge is top notch the store needs a bit work not much of variety when it comes to purchasing memorabilia for your memories but the marcato is close and so is the beach

We booked two rooms for us and our 3 kids for spring break in March. They had a great time and the service was impeccable—especially at breakfast. The kids club was lackluster but the pools made up for it. However one large issue is the property built an outdoor party tent that holds events until 10pm on Saturdays (possibly other days)? Our rooms were positioned overlooking the tent and we could hear every song until 10pm. Fine for us but not great for our 3 kids, 8 years and younger. They sent up white noise machines but we weren’t warned about the event and certainly would have asked to move rooms if it were not so late. Be sure to check if an event when arriving with kids.

We’ve stayed at Ritz properties around the world and this is the first one that does not live up to the service and quality standards we’ve come to expect. Some bright spots but overall the service is lacking. Valet/Bellmen seem angry, we dared to ask for a picture and were met with disdain. Met my first ever crabby concierge and the one time I called the front desk they picked up and hung up before I even said a word. Food options are limited and pretty marginal. Overall the hotel simply lacks the wow factor.

I have stayed at this property many times over the years. I feel like the hotel is becoming less like a Ritz and more like a JW Marriott. The number of guests and small conferences coming through this hotel does not offer it the service atmosphere I am used to as well as staff at times seems to be overwhelmed. Room service is amazing as usual at a Ritz property and this area might be the best I have ever stayed at with the room maid going above the call of duty providing additional service without me asking for anything. Awesome! The resort fee for this property is ok but could provide a lot of value IF you go to the driving range at the golf course next door each day, play tennis and utilize the pool frequently. The pool area is nice for lounging and has slides plus has a golf course view. There is a shuttle service from this hotel to the sister ritz at the beach which makes this location very good and offers beach access essentially (without having to find parking etc...). Be careful at check-in they seemingly do not offer complimentary upgrades like other ritz's for Titanium or Ambassador Elites...they will offer you a $$$ upgrade for a cost which is confusing since it may seem to be a small cost but when you check out there is suddenly a big difference. Upgrades should be complimentary and one should not have to "Ask" being a higher elite that stays at Bonvoy properties regardless of the level of hotel. Very disappointing...this must be newer since I had not encountered this before. All in all, very nice hotel but not your usual Ritz...somewhat disappointing on the service level.

They know how to make customers feel appreciated! I came to celebrate my birthday and spring break, and the hotel provided top notch service and thoughtful birthday celebrations during mg stay. This is our third visit to this property and God willing we will return. The pools are great for children , I love the breakfast buffet and the fact that we can get a shuttle for the beach property as well.

Our quick getaway at the Ritz-Carlton in Naples was better than we could have imagined! Lauren Elliott took fantastic care of us and treated us like family. The entire club lounge staff were also incredible. We enjoyed the best customer service with professionalism and friendliness. The property was absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and spread out in a way that did not feel crowded when we know the hotel was fully booked. We really enjoyed the pool area with a lazy river and slides! We had an unforgettable experience, and would love to return one day!
