Charter Club Resort of Naples Bay

About one mile from the beach and not to busy or congested, Nice community! Will definitely come back.

Property was lovely. Well maintained. Pleasant staff. Nice view. We had a two bedroom, two bath unit with washer and dryer. Nice size living room and dining room and full kitchen ammentities. Highly recommend. But be sure to request a lower floor if you don't want to carry your bags up to the second or third floor.

The surfaces didn't seem to have been cleaned and polished for some time leaving them sticky to the touch. That marred an otherwise faultless, if a bit tired apartment.

Simple, but far from spartan, CC has everything you want/need for a family vacation. Have been here several times. You can borrow beach gear, fishing poles, and bikes. The pool area has a kids pool,main pool and hot tub with a pleasant view of the bay.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. Lots of amenities with beautiful grounds. No reason to have a vehicle as too many options to walk to. Great relaxing vacation. Can't wait to visit next year!

Been going to this site for more than 20 years. Never been so dissapointed! Check in, housekeeping and maintenance were superb as always but the reception from rude and aggressive staff at the Tiki bar and around the pool was unbelievable. We stayed for four weeks and we saw threatening and abusive behavior from staff members. A new rule about taking your own food and drink into this area had clearly come into force but we were not told until we were attacked by the staff- would understand if the food was any good but it was of a very poor standard and a very high price- pre cooked burgers re heated in an air fryer !! really !! This site has lost control of its tiki bar and pool area and we saw families harassed away from this area by the approach of the bar staff. Some of the catering staff could not cook food properly and we were served under cooked and tasteless food on the one occasion we tried to eat there. Opening hours were vague and you never really knew whether the bar was going to be open or not even if you did want to use the facilities. Poorest service, food and staff attitude i have seen anywhere on my world wide travels. We were given conflicting reasons for the ruling including- Florida law prohibits consumption of your own drinks, the insurance provider insists on it and it would upset the other customers. None of the above comes close to Hilton resort standards- shameful

The great thing about this resort is the location to the water and area. Beautiful location which makes up for the lack of cleanliness and the worn outdated units. The outside grounds of the property are well maintained, and the area is calm and peaceful.

This property is a slice of heaven. It is an older property; however, you can't beat the beauty of staying here. The pool overlooks the bay and you watch the ships come and go all day long. There is a lot of room in the units and you do not feel cramped. We love coming here.
