Stained mattress. Old basic low level
Mattress. Mold in shower. Radiator air. Not central air. Food delivery truck arrived 6:15 Am right next to our room. Backed up with beeping sound for 10 min and then slammed things around for 20 minutes and loud start up to take off. Sheets stiff and rough. $500 a night quality should be a lot better.

Hôtel, très confortable, grandes chambres et grande salle de bain. Hôtel très bien situé, 10 minutes de l'avenue branchée, et 20 minutes de la plage. Pour la plage une navette gratuite vous y emmène et vient vous y rechercher. Prêt de fauteuils de plage et de serviettes. Par contre le petit déjeuner est nul, viennoiseries moyennes, pas d'oeufs ni de charcuterie. Le mieux si vous le pouvez est de prendre une réservation sans breakfast et d'aller le prendre ailleurs. La piscine est nulle, elle est et au milieu du parking. Attention aux restaurants dans Naples, il y a beaucoup d'arnaques. Par contre la ville de Naples est rès belle.

I love that there is free parking right on site so you can take your car when you want to in and out. I love that they allow dogs. Their Internet was not working which was super frustrating, and the hot water during some hours was not hot due to laundry pulling the hot water...so another bummer....but other than that it was lovely!

This hotel greatly exceeded our (already) high expectations.
Perfect location close to Fifth Avenue yet just far away enough for quietness.

Great beds, showers, fridge, microwave
Cookies at 2 pm were the best
Breakfast was nice - small but fine - baked goods were from a local bakery and were AWESOME!

This is my second year in a row staying at a opal collection hotel… Last year it was in Clearwater
But unfortunately, this is my last year to stay with you
… Your policy of all the money upfront, and nonrefundable… Even for extended stay… is too rigid of a policy for me and my family
… These days people get sick or things happen and your policy of ( us it or lose it ) Is too restrictive for me
