The front desk staff was amongst the friendliest we’ve ever had! Happy, fun, and glad to help. The pool was very enjoyable and the drinks at the bar were really nice. We’d definitely stay here during future Naples visits!

As a travel nurse being away from home is hard! I decided to treat myself and stay somewhere nice...this was definitely worth the money! After working all night at the local hospital it was GREAT to come back to the hotel, change and then go have breakfast on the patio overlooking the bay💞💞 I will be staying here while travel nursing!

The toilet in my bathroom did not flush. Checking in took 20 min at 1 AM.

My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times in a regular room, this trip we spent the extra money for a “suite”. The description on their site listed microwave, 2 mini fridges, premium bath products and waffle robes. I did have 1 fridge with any empty spot for the 2nd but NONE of the other items described. There was however a bathroom sink in the bedroom for some reason. DO’NT waste your money on a “suite”.

Bambu Tiki was fun for the Superbowl game and the food was delicious. The service was great too. The pool area was tropical, clean and the pool was heated and there was a hot tub too.
